1. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by CR38 CO (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on May 18, 2026 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time, or when all eligible digital prints are sold out, whichever occurs first.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Purchase Entry

Participants may enter by purchasing a qualifying digital print product through Sponsor’s website during the Sweepstakes Period. Each qualifying purchase receives one (1) entry.

Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without purchase, mail a handwritten 5” x 7” ruled index card including:

• Full legal name
• Mailing address
• Email address
• Phone number

Mail on entries must be hand written, limited to no more than one (1) entry mailed at a time and no more than one (1) post card per envelope.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 1, 2026 and received no later than July 15, 2026.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive one (1) 2024 Harley-Davidson Road Glide motorcycle.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $18,000 USD.

Prize awarded as-is with no warranties expressed or implied.

Winner is responsible for all taxes, registration, insurance, licensing, transportation, and any associated costs.

6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing within seven (7) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winner will be contacted via email and/or phone.

If winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is otherwise deemed ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and affiliates from liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

11. DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California.

All disputes shall be resolved individually in courts located within California, without resort to class action.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

13. WINNER LIST

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor’s address listed above within seven (7) days after winner announcement.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Harley-Davidson.
